01. Get in touch with me here. Fill me in with as many details as you can! I aim to reply back within 24-48hrs.

02. I’ll send your my welcome guide which will share more about me, my why and my art. I will also send my location guide which will kickstart our brainstorming process of how to bring elements of who YOU are into your session.

03. Now is the time to officially get your name in my calendar! I need a contract signed and $150.00 non-refundable deposit to complete the booking process. I will also share my session specific guide with you at this time.

04. I will be in touch usually around 14 days before our session date to confirm outfits and assist in any way. 7 days before our session date I will send out my questionnaire.

05. Now for the best part, your photos! You will receive a sneak peek after your session. Your entire gallery will be delivered within 4 weeks (maybe even sooner but that depends on season and workload).

FAQ’s

DO YOU SHARE YOUR RAW’s?

No I don’t. I take pride in the my editing process and I truly LOVE that part of my work. Many of the images that are filtered out are out of focus, closed eyes, heads turned etc. I want you to book with me because you trust my ability to capture your story. And as I sort through my RAW’s I pick not only the best ones but the ones that will flow together to create a story from the beginning to the end.

DO YOU DO MAJOR RETOUCHING OR PHOTOSHOP?

No. Unless it is something simple like a noticeable bruise, acne or something else that typically would be gone in a few days or weeks I won’t remove it. I’m here to capture the real, raw and beautiful YOU!

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes! Always up for an adventure! I am based out of Edmonton, Alberta but often travel to the mountains with my family. Please contact me to discuss travel fees.

DO YOU OFFER BLACK AND WHITE’S?

Heck yes! I looooove black and whites! I choose certain images from your gallery to be black and white. this is based off lighting, emotion and connection captured within that image.

ARE WE ABLE TO PRINT OUR PHOTOS?

Of course! These are YOUR photos after all! You are welcome to download, share and print however you like!

IS THERE A MAXIMUM OF PEOPLE ALLOWED AT SESSIONS?

No! The more the merrier. That being said, if you have more than SIX family members that want to be photographed and part of the session there will be additional fees.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME FOR MATERNITY SESSIONS?

This can vary depending on how mama to be is feeling but generally 30-35 weeks! At this point your bump will be obvious and hopefully just before you hit that uncomfortable, I can’t bend down to touch my toes stage.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME FOR NEWBORN SESSIONS?

this can depend on how mom and babe are doing but typically i recommend when babe is 5-14 days old.

WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?

We can have crazy weather here in Alberta but it also changes quickly. I’ll usually wait to make a final decision based on the forecast the day before or day of. Unless it’s something crazy, I typically suggest we embrace it and work around it! This could lead to last minute location change Ultimately I do leave it up to my clients though and what they feel comfortable with. But I truly find that a fun rain storm, wind or snow can really add to your images!
