International Orders

RETURNS:

Any unused, unopened products can be returned up to 14 days of receipt for a refund.

ALL custom work is final sale unless flawed (ie. name misspelled). If you have a concern about your custom piece please email hello@andreastenger.com.

QUICK NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE

for insurance purposes, please send photos of any damages before requesting a return/refund. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please send me photos of the damage and I can file an insurance claim and get you a replacement immediately.
